Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 3 tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- chopped cucumber - 1/2 item
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- slice stale toasted bread - 1 item
How to make gazpacho:
In a blender, mix tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and toasted bread. Add remaining ingredients. Serve well chilled.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegan, Soups & stews.
