Ingredients/Components
- milk
- water - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 2 item
- onion - 1 c
- slices bacon, cut up - 8 item
How to make creamy potato soup:
In 3-quart pan, fry bacon to crisp. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour off fat. Add water and potato cubes; simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in soup, milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat to serve (do not boil).Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ham.
