  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • instant butterscotch pudding

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of cake batter into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of topping on bottom layer of batter. Pour the remaining cake batter over that, then sprinkle with the remaining topping on top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 65 minutes until cake tests done.
