Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- instant vanilla pudding
- instant butterscotch pudding
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of cake batter into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of topping on bottom layer of batter. Pour the remaining cake batter over that, then sprinkle with the remaining topping on top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 65 minutes until cake tests done.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
