milk - 1 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
water - 3 Tbsp
egg whites - 3 item
margarine - 1 c
cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
white syrup - 1/3 c
eggs save 3 whites for frosting - 5 item
fresh ground coconut - 1 item

How to make fresh coconut cake:

Cook all ingredients except coconut over double boiler 7 minutes. Put coconut between layers and on top.
