Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• Beat until creamy
• diced apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon. After all is mixed, add vanilla. Fold in apples last. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.Glaze:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. milk1/4 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. brown sugar Heat and boil for 1 minute.
