Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• raisins - 1 c
• black walnuts - 1 c
• diced apples - 3 c
• Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together

How to make fresh apple cake:

Dust apples, nuts and raisins with flour; set aside. Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to egg mixture. Mix well. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Stir well and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Topping:1/2 c. buttermilk1 c. sugar1 stick butter1/2 tsp. soda1 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes, then pour over hot cake.
