  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 5 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • whipped margarine - 1 c

How to make easy pound cake:

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. Pour into paper-lined 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
