Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add oil and stir well
How to make carrot cake:
Sift and mix dry ingredients. Add oil and stir well. Add eggs and carrots. Pour into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. vanilla Beat well. Sprinkle nuts on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
