  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Add oil and stir well

How to make carrot cake:

Sift and mix dry ingredients. Add oil and stir well. Add eggs and carrots. Pour into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. vanilla Beat well. Sprinkle nuts on top.
