Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• nuts optional - 1 c
• coconut optional - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix first 5 ingredients and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bake on 325° for 65 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
