Bourbon balls



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • stick paraffin - 1 item
  • bourbon - 8 Tbsp

How to make bourbon balls:

Soak nuts in bourbon (overnight). Drain. Mix powdered sugar, butter and nuts. Shape into ball; place in refrigerator until cool enough to roll into balls. Melt paraffin and chocolate bits in double boiler. Dip candy balls into chocolate. Place on wax paper.
