Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 2 tsp
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• small can evaporated milk - 1 item
• medium apples, chopped fine - 6 item
• Sift together all dry ingredients

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix and cream sugar and butter. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add eggs, dry ingredients, apples, nuts and vanilla. Mix by hand. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until done.Sauce for Fresh Apple Cake:1 stick margarine1 small can evaporated milk1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. vanilla Heat all ingredients except vanilla, but do not boil. Add vanilla. Pour over cake.
