Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- white sugar - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
How to make bohemian coffee cake:
Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 stick margarine1 c. chopped pecans2 tsp. vanilla Mix cake ingredients well and pour in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.Icing: Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine until smooth. Add the pecans and vanilla and mix well. Use to ice the cake.
