Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg whites - 3 item
How to make french toast:
Beat egg whites with salt; add sugar gradually. Beat until stiff. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; add milk. Fold yolks in white mixture. Dip 8 slices of bread in mixture and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and bake 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, American.
