French potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt
- whipping cream
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic, pressed - 2 item
- dash of grated nutmeg - 1 item
How to make french potatoes:
Peel and slice potatoes thinly (use food processor if available). Lightly grease casserole dish. Layer with potato slices. Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press garlic over mixture. Add cream and milk. Bake at 400° for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft, creamy and golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
