Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- sliced cucumbers - 2 qt
- green or red bell pepper - 2 c
How to make freezer pickles:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together; refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain off liquid. Mix the sugar and white vinegar; add first mixture. Mix and refrigerate for 24 hours. Put in covered containers and freeze.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
