White fruit cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 10 item
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 lb
- vanilla flavoring - 1 item
- white raisins - 2 lb
- candied cherries - 1/2 lb
- candied pineapple - 1/2 lb
- citron - 1/2 lb
- dried figs - 1/2 lb
- shelled pecans, chopped - 2 lb
How to make white fruit cake:
Cut all fruit fine. Mix all ingredients. Bake at moderate temperature until done. (I always put a pan of water in the oven to keep it from drying out.)Recipe categories: Desserts, American, North american.
