Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- sliced cucumbers - 6 c
- sliced onions - 1 c
- plain salt - 1/3 c
- sliced green peppers - 1 c
How to make freezer pickles:
Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt. Add water to cover vegetables. Let stand 12 hours; drain. Combine sugar, vinegar and celery seed; bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables and cool.
