Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- coarse salt - 2 Tbsp
- sliced cucumbers, sliced round with peelings on use larger cukes - 2 qt
- medium onion, sliced slice more if you want to eat onion - 1 item
How to make freezer pickles:
Mix brine well.Mix pickles and brine together. Put in large glass container in fridge. Be sure pickles are covered with brine. If not, make more brine. Let stand in fridge for 2 weeks, then keep in fridge or put in freezer containers and freeze.
