Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- stems celery, chopped fine - 3 item
How to make four bean salad:
Dressing:1 1/4 c. sugar1 c. vinegar1 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. salad oil Drain all beans well. Mix together in a large bowl with onion, celery and green pepper. Add hot dressing. Chill thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate. Keeps well for 3 weeks.Mix in saucepan all dressing ingredients. Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture while boiling hot.
