- sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and dried - 2 lb
- large carrot, shredded - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- apple, chopped fine optional - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- sugar
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
How to make sauerkraut salad:
