Four bean salad



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- can green beans - 1 item
- can yellow wax beans - 1 item
- can red kidney beans - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans - 1 item
- small purple onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
- small white onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
- green pepper, slivered in narrow strips - 1/4 item
- herb vinegar - 2/3 c
- small diced sharp cheese - 1/4 c
- coarse pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make four bean salad:
Drain beans and mix together. Mix ingredients together. Store in large jar or Tupperware, sealed airtight. Refrigerate. Keeps 10 days. Serve on lettuce leaf or with cooked pasta as a salad.Optional: Dice 1 chorizo sausage or finely diced cooked ham.
