Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- small jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- can tiny peas, drained - 1 item
- bean juice - 1 Tbsp
- can French-style beans, drained - 1 item
How to make garden salad:
Bring last 6 ingredients to a boil. Cool and pour liquid over the vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep for several weeks.Recipe categories: Salads, Carrots, Cauliflower.
