  • Crisco
  • flour - 4 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp

How to make foolproof pie crust:

Makes 4 pie crusts. Combine Crisco, flour and salt. In small bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture, mixing well until dough forms a ball. Chill 15 minutes. Divide dough into four balls and roll out on well floured board.
