Ingredients/Components
- Crisco
- flour - 4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make foolproof pie crust:
Makes 4 pie crusts. Combine Crisco, flour and salt. In small bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture, mixing well until dough forms a ball. Chill 15 minutes. Divide dough into four balls and roll out on well floured board.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
