Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Cool Whip, thawed - 9 12
- peanut butter creamy or crunchy - 1/2 c
- finely chopped peanuts - 1/4 c
- 9-inch graham cracker crusts - 2 item
How to make fluffy peanut butter pie:
Whip cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in peanut butter and sugar. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Pour into prepared crust; sprinkle with chopped peanuts and freeze until firm. Yield: 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
