Ingredients/Components
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- medium onions, chopped - 3 item
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- chopped bacon - 1/4 lb
- red peppers, chopped - 2 item
- fish, cut up - 1/2 lb
- shrimp or scallops, cleaned - 1/2 lb
How to make fish stew:
In frying pan or wok, fry bacon. Add onions and peppers and cook until onions are transparent. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium until fish is done, approximately 15 minutes. Can be served as is or over pasta.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Stew.
