Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan Cheese - 3 tbsp
- Fish Fillets, sole or flounder - 1 lb
- Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed - 10 item
- Wheat Germ optional - 3 tbsp
How to make fish florentine:
Arrange fillets in bottom of shallow baking dish. Cover fish with well drained spinach. Combine crackers, cheese and wheat germ (if used). Pour over fish and spinach. Bake, uncovered at 400° for 15-20 Min. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Fish.
