  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • boneless/skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
  • grated Jack cheese - 2 c

How to make fiesta chicken:

Mix enchilada mix and tomato sauce. Coat chicken in mixture and place in crock-pot. Cover chicken with leftover mix. Cook on high 1 hour or low 4 to 5 hours. Remove chicken. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Return chicken. Cook on low 30 minutes to 1
