Sour cream noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
How to make sour cream noodle casserole:
Cook noodles; rinse and drain. Brown meat in butter (if needed); drain fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Mix with meat. Bake in a large dish, topped with cheese, for approximately 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
