Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 12 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese
- fresh, chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually stir in cheese and then cream. Continue heating sauce just to boiling point. Be careful not to continue boiling. Remove from heat. Add parsley. Add sauce to pasta and toss. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
