Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- stick melted butter or margarine - 3/4 item
- or less sugar - 3/4 c
- white bread, broken into bits crust included - 4 c
- 2 tall can pineapple tidbits, drained
How to make escalloped pineapple:
Mix all together and place in 9-inch square pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 5 to 6. Double this recipe for a 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
