Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 C
- margarine - 1 stick
- white bread slices - 6 item
- pineapple chunks and juice - 1 C
How to make escalloped pineapple:
Mix margarine and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. Tear bread slices into pieces and toss in mixture until well coated. Add pineapple chunks and juice. Toss together and pour into greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
