- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- crushed soda crackers - 10 item
How to make escalloped corn:
Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, crushed soda crackers, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
