Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 can
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 15 oz
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item
  • soft corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • garlic bud or garlic salt - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce and spices. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 corn tortillas. Pour meat mixture over tortillas. Add 6 more tortillas. Pour soup over all and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
