Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 can
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- grated cheese - 2 c
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item
- soft corn tortillas - 1 doz
- garlic bud or garlic salt - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce and spices. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 corn tortillas. Pour meat mixture over tortillas. Add 6 more tortillas. Pour soup over all and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
