Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • garlic - 1 item
  • can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat, onions and garlic; drain. Add sauce, tomatoes and spices. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas (torn in small pieces). Pour in 1/2 meat mixture, another layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture. Add another layer of tortillas.
