Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- garlic - 1 item
- can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat, onions and garlic; drain. Add sauce, tomatoes and spices. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas (torn in small pieces). Pour in 1/2 meat mixture, another layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture. Add another layer of tortillas.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
