- mushroom soup - 1 (10
- cans green beans or any leftover vegetable - 2 oz
- leftover mashed potatoes warmed - 3 c
How to make shepherd pie:
Brown meat in skillet. Drain off fat. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, mix meat with soup and spread evenly. Spread the vegetable(s) evenly over meat mixture. Spread warmed leftover mashed potatoes over vegetable layer. Heat in 400° oven about 30 minutes or until it is bubbly and potatoes are desired brownness.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
