- pkg - 6 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- cumin - 1 tsp
- shredded sharp cheese
- can Hormel chili with beans - 1 oz
- Old El Paso enchilada sauce - 1 (15
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine the chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup sharp cheese and the Fritos. Mix well. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Mix together the sour cream and cumin. Spread top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese. Circle outside rim with 1 cup crushed Fritos. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
