- Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- eggplants, sliced and peeled - 1 item
How to make eggplant casserole:
Filling:1 lb. ground meat Ro-Tel tomatoes onions salt and pepper1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. allspice Slice and peel eggplants. Fry and drain. Combine all ingredients for filling.
