How to make eggplant casserole:

Filling:1 lb. ground meat Ro-Tel tomatoes onions salt and pepper1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. allspice Slice and peel eggplants. Fry and drain. Combine all ingredients for filling. Layer eggplants in casserole and then filling; continue. Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour or microwave until hot.
