Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- cloves - 2 tsp
- rum - 1/2 c
- allspice - 2 tsp
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and rum. Combine with dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold in pecans and raisins. Bake in two loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes at 325°.
