Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- medium green onion with top, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
How to make egg drop soup:
Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Stir green onion into eggs. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly with fork until egg forms shreds. Makes 3 cups.Recipe categories: Egg, Soups & stews, Clear soup.
