Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sesame oil - 1/4 tsp
- corn starch - 1 tsp
- cups chicken broth - 2 item
How to make egg drop soup:
Heat broth, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil until it begins to boil. Put corn starch is small dish, add a tiny bit of water, make a paste and stir into broth. Stir to thicken. Whisk egg, and using a fork, drizzle over boiling soup. Reduce heat to keep warm until ready to serve.A few tablespoons frozen corn, peas and chopped green onion may be added to soup.
