Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- cooked, crumbled sausage - 1/2 c
How to make egg casserole:
Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard in bowl. Stir in bread, cheese and sausage. Pour into prepared dish. Chill, covered, for 12 hours.
