  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated cheese
  • onion powder - 1/8 tsp
  • seasoned croutons - 2 c

How to make egg casserole:

Put croutons in bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 3-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons. Beat other ingredients and pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
