- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
How to make breakfast sausage casserole:
Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish. Put bread crumbs in dish and spread the crumbled, cooked sausage over the bread crumbs. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk with a fork. Add salt and mustard; pour over sausage and top with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.Make the night before and refrigerate uncooked.
