Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- stick light margarine - 1 item
- light Cool Whip - 8 oz
- box honey graham crackers - 1 item
- large vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
- Pet skim milk - 3 c
How to make eclair dessert:
Topping:1 c. sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. milk dash of salt1 stick light margarine Butter 9 x 12-inch dish. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer in dish, using crackers first and last.Topping: Mix first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boiling point (rolling boil) for 1 minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Beat well and cool. Pour over pudding. Let refrigerate overnight.
