Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat well and stir in chocolate chips; set aside.Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well combined. Fill baking cups 1/2 full with batter. Top with 1 heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture. Makes 2 dozen. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
