- Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- softened margarine - 3 Tbsp
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- small instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- Line with graham crackers
How to make eclair cake:
Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over crackers.
