- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- chocolate syrup - 1 item
- large instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
Heat water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour over heat until ball forms. Remove from heat; add eggs and beat well until smooth. Spread in lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown; cool.Make pudding with 3 cups milk; mix cream cheese and pudding. Spread over dough. Put Cool Whip over pudding. Drizzle chocolate topping on and refrigerate.
