Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • chocolate syrup - 1 item
  • large instant vanilla pudding - 1 item

How to make eclair cake:

Heat water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour over heat until ball forms. Remove from heat; add eggs and beat well until smooth. Spread in lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown; cool.

Make pudding with 3 cups milk; mix cream cheese and pudding. Spread over dough. Put Cool Whip over pudding. Drizzle chocolate topping on and refrigerate.
