- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- flour, divided - 6 6
- salt scant - 1 Tbsp
How to make easy white bread:
Combine 2 cups flour, the sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl. Heat the milk and vegetable oil to 120°. Add egg to flour and warm liquid. Beat until smooth. Add 4 to 4 1/2 more cups flour; mix until a smooth dough. Let rise 45 minutes. Put into 2 large greased bread pans. Let rise again, 20 to 30 minutes.
