- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make easy oven meatballs:
Mix ingredients; shape into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls. Cook in ungreased oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) in a 400° oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ground beef.
