Easy lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
- ground round - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
- Ricotta or cottage cheese - 1 lb
- cooked lasagne noodles - 1/2 lb
How to make easy lasagne:
Cook beef and onion in oil until meat is brown and crumbly. Stir in soup, catsup, water, salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Mix cottage cheese and egg in a bowl. Spoon 1/3 of the meat into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with a layer of 1/2 the noodles, sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat the process again. Top with remaining meat and cheeses. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
